Liked: The hotel needs repair. The carpets are torn and dirty. The fridge in the room didnt work. It is a place to stay for a quick stop, not because you choose to.
Disliked: Dirty torn carpets and flooring.

Disliked: House keeping did not replace towels or empty the trash and on the app it ask if you have any special requests. I always request a room on the fourth or third floor away from the elevator. However, upon check in I am informed that you have to contact the property personally. If that's the case remove that question from the app.

Liked: Good location. Good Breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: Plumbing problem occured when I arrived back to my RM on Tuesday nite. This problem continued through the nite and early morning. No water was available to bathe. No one answered the phone at front desk. I had to go downstairs to find out what happen. The clerk stated that they had called everyone at 11pm to see if they wanted to go to a different hotel. I did not receive a call. I got 4 bottles from the clerk named Vanessa very nice and helpful young lady of water that I used to clean myself. Also, bathtub had no stopper for water to take a bath. I had to shower when water was available.
