I was not pleased with...

Liked: The breakfast was excellent and plentiful.
Disliked: I was not pleased with my experience. The first room we got smelled of cat pee and the second room we were moved to was very dirty. They could not give us swimming towels, and I had to go downstairs to request fresh bathing towels as I used my first set to clean the hotel room. The room phone did not work and the bathroom was dirty. I would not stay at this specific location again.

There were so many issues...

Liked: The breakfast offered milk that had to be poured into small plastic cups, and cereal. The fruit, apples, and oranges, were warm, mushy and not soemthing that I would present at breakfast for my family.
Disliked: my room smelled like cigarettes and mold, and the floor next to the bed , around the air conditioner was wet. the television worked but had no remote, I had to get out of bed, put on my shoes so my feet would not get wet and unplug the cable from the digital box in order to turn the television off. i did that after the desk clerk came to my room and instead of bringing me a remote or fixing my tv controls, the desk clerk just unplugged the cable and looked at me as if I was not a smart person becuase I could not figure that out myself. The air conditioner was great for about 20 minutes , it blew out cold air , and then after 20 mins or so it began to blow out hot air. I had to check to see if I had turned the heater on by accident , i did not. i asked for another room and was told there were no rooms available. I went to booking.com and showed them that it showed they had two rooms left. The clerk told me those rooms were not same price as my kings sized room so I could not change to that room. I have never been in a hotel so disorganized and not willing to work with the customer to make things right. The vibe given to me was, we have your money, deal with it or leave. i was stuck there two nights and never had a house keeper come to my room at all. I had one towel and one hand cloth in the room and when I asked for another towel I was told it wouuld cost me 3.95, because they only change towels every three days. The floor had black hair, my hair is blond, it was gross and I would adivise to just sleep in your car if that is the only option, it would be cleaner and at least you could actually turn the radio off when you wnated to go to sleep.

Disliked: They recharged for the room twice saying it was a deposit and would give it back after the stay. It turns out that after the stay they could not find the “deposit charge” and kept my money. Really bad experience and service at the front desk.

Liked: Good location, breakfast and value.

Comfiest bed I slept in...

Liked: Breakfast looked to be great value - I just grabbed some prepackaged muffins to go as I was always in a rush, but looked to include cooked to order waffles among other things
Disliked: Staff were at times slightly unprofessional - taking loud personal phone calls in the lobby, but were very friendly and helpful
