If you are looking for a place to lay your head, this is a really nice place for the price. Bathrooms were clean and roomy. Had pool and hot tub, and just overall a good experience.

Liked: Nice and clean. Excellent price.
Disliked: Chlorine in the hot tub was unbearable. My eyes were burning and didn’t get to stay in as long as I would have liked.

Nice place for short vacation

Liked: Room was great size. Breakfast included in price. Location is near tourist attractions.Great view from breakfast area.Friendly staff.
Disliked: Indoor pool was cold, jacuzzi did not work. Outdoor pool was not working. The door-lock at room wasn’t reading the card well, took several tries.

Very poor

Liked: The room was clean and breakfast was good.
Disliked: This was a gift to my daughter for her 25th birthday. The hot tub was out of service, the outdoor pool was closed, the "heated" indoor pool was cold, and the whirlpool jets in the suite didn't work. I will be asking for a credit. I am highly disappointed and will not be using them in the future.

Liked: The breakfast was pretty good. There was a shuttle for us to take to the concert.
Disliked: There was a spider on the ceiling that never moved. Also didn’t like being put on first floor in the basement.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast provided was good with a lot of options. Nice way to start the day.
Disliked: The outdoor pool was still closed on the last weekend of May. Litter in the parking lot. Weeds growing in the landscape and bushes needed trimming.

From scale one to ten...

Liked: Aaron at the desk was amazing and very helpful the cleaning staff amazing the young lady in the kitchen area was fantastic. Overall all the staff did a great job, under the circumstances!!
Disliked: First thing couldn’t get into our room due to computer system being down arrived at three and didn’t get in until 7 pm even then they didn’t have the system up. Was writing down rooms and checking people in on paper! Then was ask for copy of my credit card which made me very uncomfortable doing. Mind you the staff were doing the best with what they had to work with accommodate their guests. Now for the room very clean well kept but so wife and I decided to get into the Jacuzzi tube, filled the tube pushed the button and it didn’t work? Told front desk and they apologized but there was no on site maintenance man to repair it!! Was not very happy! So arriving to the hotel also discovered the outdoor pool was not operational as well!And also the indoor pool heater was not working as well!!!So I don’t know who owns this hotel but your staff and cleaning is amazing. But your hotel needs repairs if you plan on getting travelers to come there you need to get thing up to speed.The breakfast also needs more of a variety out of a scale of 1-10 I would give it a 5. Decided on our second day to go out for breakfast!Facility needs repairs!!!!
