Liked: It was clean, the location was easy to get to, and check in was quick.
Disliked: Dated carpet in the room and the bathroom had an odd smell almost like old soap scum

Liked: Everything was clean, all of the staff were very friendly, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Staff was pleasant. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: The room was hot since the AC was not on before we arrived.

Poor customer service.

Liked: The room was nice, but there was something like bits oftissue paper on the floor. It is a quiet location
Disliked: The managers are not customer friendly, I checked in late at night and the desk clerk was helping me when another man stepped in to take over. He kept complaining about my booking through a third party. Then when I checked out the manager totaled up my bill and charged me more than the reservation and I’m still waiting for my refund.

Disliked: Everything. It was so humid & hot in the hotel, it smelled musty, & they didn’t have a room for us when we got there
