Liked: Nothing
Disliked: I paid through booking.com in full on May 18th. Sleep Inn charged me the full amount again at check in. Then at checkout they called booking. Com and said they were refunding me instead they just charged me a 3rd time and they say I will have to wait 14 days for the refund. So I paid 3 times for a room with not even a knob on the bathroom door that I almost ripped my finger nail off trying to open the door and apparently no one there knows how to fix the situation. Like how would they like to be out triple the money and wait 14 days. I was fine when they said they would fix it but to be charged again is ridiculous!

Unpleasant, was there because of...
Liked: The clerk and check in was very nice.
Disliked: Hallways were dark and the carpet appeared dirty. There was a crack in the floor of our shower that was wide enough to see through it. Informed the clerk at check out and his response was we know and we’ve told them about it. Have to believe a lot of stagnant water is underneath. The floor gave when standing in that spot. The commode had what appeared to be urine on the seat. Check out clerk was not friendly.

The worst hospitality and most...
Disliked: Due to the delay caused by the custom in Dallas, I missed my flight to TRI. Then I have to be in line for almost 3 hrs to get a rescheduled flight because I don't have a local phone. But then my rescheduled flight to Charlotte was also delayed, I missed the last connecting flight to TRI. That's United State! So, I got the last flight of the day to Asheville instead to TRI the next day morning, hopefully I can get some rest finally at my reserved and fully paid room in this hotel. After driving 1.5hrs and arrived at 2am, the hotel staff told me that they can't find my booking because it has been marked as 'no show', and they can't check-in any guest anyway at that time. She called her manger, Pennie Ratliff, and even the agency (Booking.com) where I booked the room through, talked to them, the hotel still denied my booking and stated that there's no refund. Just the week before, I have a flight delayed and I could only check-in my booked hotel stay in San Francisco the following afternoon. Even though I waited for less than 10mins while they check for my booking, they even offered a complimentary beer. I don't know what system Choice Hotels are using, but I think they should refine their technical system and train their staff and manager to be more understanding instead of shutting their door without listening to their customers.
