Liked: No food left at breakfast at 9am. Food was gone.
Disliked: Bathroom needs redesigning. Don’t like that you have to come out and do your hair brush your teeth, the bedroom. Small tv. Smelled a little musty.

Disappointing

Liked: close to bristol
Disliked: dirty and prices sky high due to being race weekend. for the price I paid I could have stayed a a very nice hotel.

Exceptional

Liked: I needed a quick overnight stay close to the airport. The only thing I cared about was a free shuttle to the airport the next morning. So, I didn’t need a lot of amenities, but it was very comfortable, very clean, friendly staff, delicious coffee, (and I’m extremely picky) and had a great hot breakfast the next morning. I was pleasantly surprised and thoroughly impressed.
Disliked: Honestly, there wasn’t anything not to like. As I say, I didn’t need much. Still, I think anyone would be perfectly happy to stay here for whatever their hotel needs are. And I thought the price was very reasonable.

A good value and basic...

Liked: Breakfast was good. Shower was exceptional. Room was clean and convenient and quiet.
Disliked: Fee for using a credit card. To avoid this you needed $400 cash deposit. This is rediculous.

Liked: Staff was very friendly, that was about it.
Disliked: The hotel was outdated, the TV was very small and the bathroom was very small, the step in shower had a half inch gap around the shower door that allowed water to get out onto the floor. The main issue was charging us $70 per night for the 2 dogs that travel with us. We take our dogs with us whenever we travel and have been charged one time pet fees due to extra cleaning requirements but this was the first time we've ever been charged per night. Paying $140 to stay 2 nights was crazy. If this is the sleep inn's policy then we will never stay with them again and I hope other pet owners read this and are aware of the fee before booking a stay.
