Great quality for the price....

Liked: Location, cleanliness, iron and ironing board in room, hair dryer in room
Disliked: Only two towels, although I am only one guest I have to wash my hair so I use two towels when I come in, and do not have any for the next morning if you need one. Pillows feel small and non supportive.

Not real happy with certain...

Liked: Liked the comfort and amenities.
Disliked: Someone checked out another customer from my room so there was a billing mess up. I think it got resolved. I will be checking on it. I also had a roach in my room. I tried to extend my stay but that wasn't possible. I had to check out and check back in to another room that evening.

Not as good as prior...

Liked: The rooms were fine. Room maid service was fine.
Disliked: There was a LOT of noise in the halls on the first morning I was there.

Liked: Very clean and quiet room. The front desk reps were helpful and polite.

Exceptional

Liked: The front desk staff was outstanding as usual, especially Kimica. They were all very courteous and accommodating! Whenever I’m in Jacksonville this is were I always stay.

Adequate but not excellent

Liked: We had to change rooms because the A/C unit was leaking water into the room. TV volume didn’t work and there was no guide. Overall comfortable, but the construction of this place seemed to lack quality assurance. Things installed hastily and crooked. Ironing board was small, only about 30” high.
