Liked: It was clean and the staff was friendly.
Disliked: I understand sometimes renovations happen. This place was very overpriced because of the condition it was in.

Just not up to snuff

Liked: My room was clean and the staff were very friendly
Disliked: Hotel was under construction and as such amenities such as a coffee maker and ice bucket were not in the room. The breakfast room floor had debris on it and breakfast was abysmal. My room had no blackout curtain, only a shade. The bright lights from outside made the room dusk at best. Had I known that it was under construction, I would have found another place to stay.

Liked: Even though they are in the middle of a remodel it was great. The remodel was well organized and the workers were helpful and courteous. The staff was also great! We loved the view from our window, it was a beautiful country setting.
Disliked: Only the shower. It was clean and easy to use but the floor of the shower was very slippery. We had to put a towel down so we wouldn't slip.
