Exceptional

Liked: Staff was nice and helpful and the hotel was clean and we enjoyed the pool
Disliked: The hot tub was out of order

We will stay again when...

Liked: The property was clean and well maintained.
Disliked: The only thing we didn’t like about our stay was the smell of marijuana on our floor.

The hazard or arriving late

Liked: The hotel was in pretty good condition. The front desk attendant was polite and friendly.
Disliked: After a long day on the road, late at night, we were fortunate to snag a cancelled room 5 mins after it was cancelled. Crawling in to bed, tired after the driving, I was not happy, however, to see a bed sheet with a lot of hair on it as I pulled the covers back. It’s not like there was a mass of hair all over the place, but enough to tell me that the bed may have been remade instead of changing out sheets. Yuk. I could go on, but you get the idea.My wife was already curled up on her way to sleep, and after brushing off what hairs I found, I crawled in to bed too.Earlier in the evening I would have called for a fresh set of linens and remade the bed myself, but at that hour, tired as we were, I reluctantly did with what we had. Didn’t sleep at all well, but slept enough that night.

Will not be back.

Liked: The 3 and 4 floors smelled of marijuana which gave me a headache. It was a strong horrible smell. I had to buy freshener to spray my room and sisters room and hallways cause nothing was done for the smell after I complained.
Disliked: That there was a ‘breathe in’ signed posted stating that the property was smoke free but it was not.

Won’t stay there again

Liked: Facilities were pretty clean
Disliked: TV in our room didn’t work the whole time. Towel bar fell off the wall. Things were somewhat run down. Pool not very clean

Passable

Liked: It was close to the location we needed to be at
Disliked: The covers on the bed was dirty and the ice still had melted ice in the bucket.

HOTEL DISAPPOINTED

Liked: Fresh bake cookies, great atmosphere
Disliked: Coming to the hotel, the highlight is relaxing and enjoying the TV. I was told upon checking in before 4:15 pm. that they were working on direct TV service, and it should be working in a couple of hours. THAT WAS A REAL LIE. After checking in, I left to continue taking care of business, and later, after 9 p.m., I stopped to get something to eat and proceeded to the hotel, tired and ready to relax and enjoy some TV, Turn on the TV the only channel was working was 3,6,12 and one sports channel was working it was late and I was extremely upset I paid $168.00 for all the convenience which I didn't received. By the way, you came highly recommended. I normally stay at Motel 6, great Hotel for $68.00. I got more, a KING SIZE BED with no upgrade Fee I was so dam disappointed with sleep Inn with your HIGH PRICES AND NO TV HOW WOULD YOU FEEL.

Clean rooms, but the beds...

Liked: The breakfast was good, day shift and evening shift front desk was great! Great location and indoor pool was a hit with my kids
Disliked: Beds were hard, pillows too soft, overnight staff was asleep at 5:45 and proceeded to tell me I couldn’t check out that early. Hopefully it automatically checked me out!
