Great place to stay and a short Uber ride to the White Oak Music Hall. Very good hotel and I would book here again if I am staying in the area.

Liked: I have a lot of good details. Easy to find; very well lit parking lot; front desk staff friendly and helpful; A/C in room worked great; very clean hotel and room; breakfast was good.
Disliked: No ice machine on the third floor.

Enjoyed my stay; will definitely be my hotel of choice if back out in that area.

Not worth the cost

Disliked: When we got there to check in, we asked the front desk if they had a restroom so that my mom could use it, and the guy there said that he did not know. The elevator smelled very bad. Our room had an odor to it, and being in the room for a short time triggered my asthma even though it was a "smoke-free area." The shower drain was very slow, and I was standing in a puddle of water while showering. Went down for the complimentary breakfast, which is what I was looking for when booking a hotel, it was very scarce.....we got the last plates that were available but we needed more and was told there was no more there was only small bowls, they had eggs a few muffins, bread, waffle batter, coffee, juice and also cereal in a dispensar that did not work that great....we were in the room relaxing a bit before we left and the workers were knocking on our door at 10:30 even though check out was at 12, would not go back

Liked: Free parking, room was clean.
Disliked: Lady at front desk needs training. They changed my arrival even i called, tell them I will arrive at 11 am. They gave the available rooms to people who showed up before me even they had been told I will check in at 11 am. I didnt ask for savings or move my reservation. I expected we are sorry, we will talk to housekeeper to get your room asap. I had been told rooms are given away first come first serve and go wait after 15 hours drive. I also had been threaten to cancel the reservation. I said lets do it, she responded to call the booking.com to cancel it. I didnt do it since booking.com was nt working properly. I stayed a day and moved myself to different hotel even it costed me two nights. Totally unprofessional.
