Great place to stay and a short Uber ride to the White Oak Music Hall. Very good hotel and I would book here again if I am staying in the area.

Liked: I have a lot of good details. Easy to find; very well lit parking lot; front desk staff friendly and helpful; A/C in room worked great; very clean hotel and room; breakfast was good.
Disliked: No ice machine on the third floor.

Enjoyed my stay; will definitely be my hotel of choice if back out in that area.

Cheap Park Hotel

Liked: The room was clean, the staff was friendly and fast, and the price was right. Travel to Minute Maid park was also only 8 mins.

Liked: The afternoon staff who checked us in was very helpful and courteous. We did not see any other staff.
Disliked: The bed is hard - like sleeping on the floor. Breakfast was dry cereal with a small carafe of milk, a waffle maker, and some bread. There was NO syrup and although there was a hot box, there was no bacon, sausage or eggs. There was no one on duty at the front desk to even ask about missing items. When you advertise that you serve breakfast, I think you should actually have all items available. It’s pointless to have a waffle maker with nothing to put on the waffle.

Disliked: These people suck, they charged me twice for my booking and when I called them they tried to charge me again and said they were trying to refund me but also tried to charge my husbands account as well, real life scammers!!!!

Not worth the cost

Disliked: When we got there to check in, we asked the front desk if they had a restroom so that my mom could use it, and the guy there said that he did not know. The elevator smelled very bad. Our room had an odor to it, and being in the room for a short time triggered my asthma even though it was a "smoke-free area." The shower drain was very slow, and I was standing in a puddle of water while showering. Went down for the complimentary breakfast, which is what I was looking for when booking a hotel, it was very scarce.....we got the last plates that were available but we needed more and was told there was no more there was only small bowls, they had eggs a few muffins, bread, waffle batter, coffee, juice and also cereal in a dispensar that did not work that great....we were in the room relaxing a bit before we left and the workers were knocking on our door at 10:30 even though check out was at 12, would not go back
