The bed was comfortable but...

Liked: The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: I found hair on the bed under the fresh linens. The bathrooms show a lot of wear and tear. The toilets were loose from the floor in both of the rooms that we had reserved. I am surprised they haven't had an accident from a person falling or a major leak. One of the bathtubs had a lot of mold around the tub. They had shampoo and conditioner dispensers on the tub wall. But no shampoo in either bathroom but plenty of conditioner. The street noise was very loud until late at night and then started back early in the morning. Sounded like street racing with lots of loud exhaust noises. Very noisy between rooms could clearly hear my neighbors talking and listening to music. Expected better considering the other positive reviews.

Liked: The bed are so comfortable The staff is very nice and accommodating.. Great location right next to the movie theater You get discounts at certain restaurants for stand at their hotel
Disliked: They don't have a pool. .n that check in time is at 3 pm instead of 1 pm..and you still have to check out at 11 am. and u have to pay extra to check n earlier even if your room is ready .but all in all it's a great hotel.

Disliked: The elevator was broken the entire time had to carry my own luggage up the stairs to the second floor. IThia was unacceptable. I felt I should be compensated especially since I had already paid for this!!
