Very good

Liked: Our daughter attends JMU and this is my favorite place to stay when we visit. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and the location (and sunset view) can't be beat for the price.

Liked: Modern and clean accommodations with everything we were looking for. Beds work very comfortable and rooms came with refrigerator and microwave. Bathrooms were cleaned and stocked well including a blow dryer.
Disliked: The elevator sounded and felt like Tower of Terror at Disneyland in Florida! It shook and squealed as it passed the third and fourth floors. Unfortunately the microwave in my room didn't work. We were traveling cross country and I have a knee injury so every place I stayed I needed a microwave to warm my gel pad.

Good for the price, but...

Liked: Location was convenient to my conference.
Disliked: Beds are extremely hard, and breakfast wasn't very good. The person tending to the breakfast area was outstanding He kept everything well stocked, and very clean.

Decent didn't love it

Liked: breakfast was pretty good, greek yogurt would be better and coffee was not great, otherwise liked the biscuits with egg and bacon, people friendly
Disliked: It was a decent experience, bathtub was caulked together poorly done, bathroom door didn't close, iron was missing top so water was leaking all over my clothes, the first night we smelled sewage in our room, no one was able to come check it out "we have no other rooms so there is nothing we can do about it". Disappointed! breakfast was pretty good but eggs were not replenished fast enough for the crowd. Coffee not that great, otherwise it was decent.

Liked: Great hotel. Very clean room,comfortable beds,good breakfast. Check out is 12pm and breakfast is till 10 am. Even the view from the window was perfect.
