Disliked: The toilet paper holders were coming off of the wall in both of the rooms that we had the opportunity to view. The first room (310)we were put in, the television did not work; the remote control would not control the television. So, we were moved to another room (319). There was no lamp on one of the sides of the bed, so I could not read. Both rooms had upholstered chairs which we could not sit in because they were filthy. The carpet on the floor was also dingy dirty. It appeared that we were first placed in a smaller, less used room that was stuffy and had an “off” odor. Is this because I reserved the room with Booking.com? When we were moved, the room was larger and the air was on already. Still dirty, but it smelled better.

Disliked: I recently stayed at this property and was extremely disappointed with the condition of my room. Upon entering, there was a strong mildew smell, and I quickly discovered visible signs of black mold. This is a serious health hazard and completely unacceptable. The room was also not properly cleaned — there was no mattress cover on the bed, which only added to the unsanitary conditions.I immediately requested a room change, but this experience made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable during my stay. I do not recommend this property to anyone until proper maintenance, cleaning, and health safety standards are addressed.
