Good stay, would do it...

Liked: It was close to all the amenities. Food delivered to the hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: Some guests don't know what no smoking means... not really the hotels fault.

Disliked: The mini fridge was unplugged before we got in the room? So a minor delay on refrigeration, but overall it worked! The pull out sofa bed mattress was nasty, we had no sheets. We’re given extra blankets only.

Disliked: Office chair in room didn't work correctly, replacement chair wasn't much better, very uncomfortable. Same eggs and sausage paddies for breakfast each morning, gravy for biscuits was too salty and grassy area for walking dogs hadn't been mowed in awhile.

Great location, comfortable stay

Liked: The room was large and able to accommodate all 5 of us with space to spare, which was great! The location is close to the military base which was helpful. There is a swimming pool for the kids to swim in.
Disliked: The staff were more concerned with gossiping to each other and playing on their phones than helping people. And when you did get their attention to ask for something they would tell you they were taking care of it but then didn’t. This was front counter, housekeeping and the person doing breakfast. Only one person working front counter in the evening was actually nice and helpful, the rest of the staff needs replaced!
