Very nice hotel; comfy beds and didn't hear any outside noise.

Needs a lot of work.

Liked: Pool was ok.
Disliked: Air conditioner was broken, 80 degrees when we reached our room. Best they could do was bring up a small fan. Remote didn't work for the TV. No washcloths in the room. Outlets were so stripped out, we had to use night stand to hold the phone charger in the wall. Not worth $59/night, much less the $159 we were charged.

Liked: Pet friendly, the hard-working, Native American man in the breakfast area
Disliked: Spoke with owner four weeks ago he took care of a previous problem in booking a room, guaranteed us lower level, more spacious to queen room upon check-in. We had second floor said they never guarantee your room lady at the desk was a snob and walked away from us. We were lied to I feel it’s just pure laziness of staff giving up the room that we had reserved being held by a credit card. I consider my room paid for four weeks ago. There would’ve been no refund as far as I’m concerned they gave it to someone else without considering it was already paid for only one set of towels in the room, half filled containers of soap and conditioner and lotion no cups ran out of tissues. Icemaker on second floor was leaking four weeks ago when we were here and still not fixed Lights were so dim you can hardly read found potato chips behind nightstand by the bed coroners were gray with dust the breakfast buffet at 8:20 they were out of biscuits and gravy, but made more biscuits that were hard as a rock head lady in the kitchen come out and said we’re not making any more gravy, told the guy to grab the container and start soaking it after a fresh batch of biscuits were sat on the counter eggs were overcooked not one speck of fruit out of napkins only one waffle maker with waffle batter running off the sides of the griddle coffee came out cold a very nice native American man was helping around the public food area making sure things were comfortable for guessts the gal from the kitchen would’ve rather just stay sitting and ordering people around the nice Native American man kept apologizing for her laziness never heard one positive word come out of her mouth quite frankly that head lady in the kitchen would have rather not served any breakfast for us second class citizens a businessman got up and said this is his last rodeo at this place. He used to stay here just for the biscuits and gravy.

Liked: The staff as usual were absolutely wonderful and attentive!
Disliked: The showerhead did not work, at all. The tub did not drain. The spout separated from the wall. There was trash under one of the beds

Liked: Very clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was adequate

Good room, poor breakfast!

Liked: The breakfast was one of the worse breakfasts we ever had. Had to wait for the eggs, sausage patties, only 3 in the pan were ice cold. Five pieces of potatoes in the pan. It was not busy and we were there 1/2 hour after serving started. While we sat there, the server put out some cereal but didn’t bring any potatoes or sausage. Disappointing!

Great comfortable room and reasonable...

Liked: Beds comfy. Staff nice. Good location.Great value.
Disliked: The bathroom tub needs to recaulked, the caulking has mold on it. Drain in the bathroom was slow, room 109. I wish breakfast didn’t shut down at 9:00 during the week. It would be nice to sleepIn, breakfast would go till 10 weekdays would be great.
