Liked: Very friendly staff, quiet place, very clean rooms and hotel. Breakfasts are great. The hotel is located near the airport, you can order a free shuttle. Free parking pleased me and there was a gas station nearby.
Disliked: Noisy air conditioner. We were unlucky with the upstairs neighbors, they ran all night. The mattress is comfortable for one person, we slept together and failed.

A diamond in the rough

Liked: Room was clean and spacious. Hotel interior is clean and nice. Breakfast was great. Hotel is highly rated, displays many rewards, and clearly takes pride in itself, which is awesome.
Disliked: Coffee was bad (folgers). Hotel surroundings were a little ugly. It has an attached liquor store and shares a parking lot with a gas station. However, area seemed safe.

Exceptional

Liked: The comfort and cleanliness. It was nice having the restaurant at the location. Would definitely stay again. The shuttle to the airport was such a convenience. Would definitely recommend. Needed assistance printing some documents and the gal at the front desk was very helpful.
Disliked: There wasn't anything that we didn't like.

Liked: Our stay was the best we have had in some time. From the time we walked in the door until we walked out everything was perfect. The lady at the front desk went above what most people do. We can't thank her enough. We will without a thinking twice stay again on our way through Syracuse.
Disliked: we had NO problems at all.
