IF you stay, which I...

Liked: I ONLY choice this hotel as it had a shuttle service. I called in advance on the morning I was going to arrive and they confirmed they had a shuttle service to Syracuse hotel; so I dropped my car off at airport (as I had a very early flight) and called for the shuttle. NO SHUTTLE. You have to make a reservation 24 hrs in advance. This is NOT on their sight. So an extra $35 for a Uber to gt to hotel that I didn't plan on.I left a message for management and they again replied, I needed a reservation. Then put it on the website! And when people call confirming that a shuttle runs, ask them if they would like to make a reservation The rooms are nice. Nearest restaurant is a 15 -20 min walk - and when I was there it was raining. Plan accordingly

Liked: This hotel was GREAT. Stayed 5 nightsNot much to do around the hotel within walking distance, but other then that no complaints. Bed comfortable. Very clean. Breakfast was decent enough. I used the gym everyday. Staff very friendly

Liked: Rooms and bathrooms (even the hotel ones next to breakfast) were big and very clean. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Useful amenities in the rooms and in common spaces (toiletries, hairdryer, coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator).
Disliked: Breakfast is very basic, although there Is a waffles machine.9 stars only because of the breakfast. But we are Europeans, we do love our espresso in the morning.
