We needed a clean bed...

Liked: Location and cleanliness.
Disliked: Even though we were travelling together the receptionist insisted that a credit card in my name was used to collect a damage deposit and wouldn’t take it from the credit card used to pay for the room (my husbands, who was standing beside me)

Fine for forced stopover

Liked: A range of chilled food and drink options at reception along with a microwave in the room saved a very tired and emotional traveller from a complete meltdown.Breakfast was a bonus.Shuttle back to the airport was good. (I was too tired to see if there was one from the airport after the extensive delays - uber was under $20).
Disliked: Room was a little tired.

Stay was nice except paying...

Liked: Breakfast was good. Nice variety. Picked this location because it was close to airport
Disliked: I did not like having to pay for parking in a huge parking lot. If I had been staying in Denver for more than a day, I would not have stayed here due to parking fee.

Liked: Great location and nice staff and clean room.
Disliked: We were on the ground floor and the curtains didn’t completely cover the window and I felt you can see onto our bed.

Disliked: The shuttle from the airport to the hotel was inadequate as to size and frequency. I missed 3 shuttles because there were so many people. I finally took an UBER.
