Liked: Nice hotel and friendly staff. I use to only stay there and this is where I had all my family and friends from out of town stay. Prior to this weeks booking.
Disliked: They wouldn’t let me stay there because I am a “local” 100* outside and my central air went out at home is the only reason I needed a room but still has not refunded my $267 dollars! That was on 6/23 and still have not heard or seen my refund.

Great Value with Friendly Staff

Liked: the breakfast is usually excellent. A lot of choices but a baseball team with lots of kids raided a lot of the items before we got down at 7:00am. Not sure if they had early access but they got a lot of the smaller items. We still found enough to eat but have stayed here before on our way to the beach so know lots of stuff was picked over. The room was spacious and very clean. The staff was super friendly and welcoming.
Disliked: We were in a family suite which was great but the shower needs updated. Not very user friendly.

Liked: Clean and front desk lady was exceptionally nice
Disliked: Housekeeping didn’t like do not disturb or late check out request. Knocked on our door.

Liked: Very clean! We have had bad luck with hotels recently, and this was the cheapest, but the cleanest we have had in several stays! Very friendly and attentive staff! Breakfast was also clean, fresh, and well cared for!

Good Value for the Price

Liked: Breakfast was excellent. Lots of choices and lots of seating. Location is a little off the highway but ok. pool was clean and staff was so friendly
Disliked: We were placed in a handicap room which was ok but shower was not very user friendly. We did have extra room and a couch which was nice.

Liked: Large, clean room was extremely comfortable with an almost luxury-level of comfort and space. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially with my special needs son.
Disliked: They picked an odd color of pea soup green for the walls which was a little off putting. Also, hate the connecting doors between rooms as it never feels quite as safe. A little more sound-dampening material would be helpful as sound carried through the connecting doors.
