Disliked: Bed uncomfortable, hot tub not really warm

We had a nice stay...

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. Location was great. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: The Pool needs some attention. One waterslide not working, things in kiddie pool not working. Needs a refresh.

Disliked: I was charged both by the hotel and by booking and have not been refunded

Liked: Staff was friendly and accommodating for the most part.
Disliked: Check out is at 11, a housekeeping staff came at 10:30 and knocked on the door and immediately proceeded to open the door without giving time to respond first. We told her we were getting ready to grab our stuff as our kids were getting dressed, and she then told us checkout is at 11. We were aware of the times, and were checked out by 11. But the fact she knocked, and immediately opened the door as my children were getting dressed was extremely uncomfortable. She should have given us a minute to open the door on our own.
