Liked: The hotel is close to the base, and the people working there are friendly.
Disliked: The room was dirty and not taken care of. They didn't clean the room during our stay even after 3 days when I requested it. The breakfast was very basic. The wifi was terribly slow. This hotel does not deserve its rating.

Will not stay here again.

Disliked: No paper plates for breakfast. Went out to a restaurant for our breakfast. Very disappointed. Also the neighbors were playing their tv too loud at midnight.

Liked: The 2 ladies tht worked together in the morning at the front desk.. at check in the lady waived the check in deposit at first I thought that she was doing as a favor but our original rooms I got flooded on the first floor so we was moved to the second floor which my midday the next day they got flooded also and then we was moved all the way up to the third floor..
Disliked: I didn't like the fact that we had to move from one room to the other one floor to the other and the fact that they do not cool or air condition the hallways and it's like miserably hot in the hallways and elevator and stairway and our first night there we got there almost a little late like I said our original rooms have been flooded they moved us up to the second floor and the air was not even turned on in their rooms and it was miserably hot trying to go to sleep that night... Of course we had the towels that came with the room our first night then the second night they moved us up a floor because our rooms were flooded and we had those towels from that room we stayed 5 nights out of those five nights we had towels the first two nights we gave them our dirty towels we never got any back in return

Liked: All associates at the front desk that we dealt with were great to work with as we arrived in the middle of the night and needed to add a stay. We had to swap rooms but they made it an easy switch.
Disliked: The lady that worked the breakfast, was extremely grouchy and rude to us and multiple others around us. She yelled at a lot of people and seemed frustrated when asked for help or when she needed to restock things. The only problem when we had to switch rooms, after adding an additional night, was the toilet wasn’t cleaned in the new room. The entire toilet seat had what looked like dirty sweat crusted all over it.
