Disliked: The fact that I drove a hour to get away for the weekend and done paid thru booking.com and when I arrived at the hotel the lady at the desk told me I would need a $200 cash deposit because I live in middle Tennessee they should have posted that on the website and informed booking.com of that rule because it did not say in my confirmation email or anywhere I would have to put up a $200 deposit I would not recommend renting a room from this place period and the worker was very rude about it and the canceled my reservation so I'm stuck with no room or no money for over 2 weeks and on top of that when I called booking.com the hotel still hasn't let them know they cancelled my reservation and no one can get in touch with sleep inn ..

The staff at this hotel...

Liked: The location of the breakfast was perfect. However, it seemed there was a staffing issue and the same person who was responsible for the front desk was also responsible for the breakfast bar. Food wasn't replenished as quickly as it should have been and we had to wait for food. Otherwise it was perfect.
Disliked: The overhead light in our bathroom did not work. There were two refrigerators in the room. one was plugged in, the other wasn't but neither of them worked.
