system down we can't use...

Disliked: we were held in the lobby for 3 hours they said the system was down and couldn't give us a room we ended up not being able to stay there and now we are having a hard time getting a refund not sure if this is a hotel situation souly or if some falls back on booking.com either way by far the worst hotel expenses ever. i even offered to use cash. still couldn't get a room all kids wanted to do is get in the pool, we couldn't even do that

Disliked: No refrigerator in room, loose toilet seat, and tissue roll holder was laying on bathroom floor

Did not stay there and...

Liked: The location was decent and the hotel front desk and assistant manager helped to get my money back after being put in 3 different rooms.
Disliked: Upon getting there our first room was disgusting, floors were sticky bathroom was not cleaned pee and hair all over the toilet, hair in and on the bathtub. Sink and faucets were not cleaned. Then transferred myself 2 kids and my husband with all our belonging to two more different rooms on different floors to find none of the 3 bathrooms were clean. One of the rooms looked like blood and snot on the blinds in the window. Faucets, sinks, toilet paper holder, toilets and tubs and showers had black mold, pee, hair etc on them.

DIRTY.

Liked: Absolutely disgusting. Mold all over bathrooms and stains on sheets & couch. I’d rather sleep in a dumpster!
Disliked: Everything!

Liked: The hotel was clean and comfortable and the price was great!
Disliked: The lady at the front desk wasn't very inviting.

Disappointing

No disability showers

Liked: Staff was great and the rooms were comfortable and quiet.
Disliked: I have a disability and I was disappointed I could not take a shower. There was no handle in the shower. I was afraid I would fall. I asked the front desk and found out none of the rooms have handles.☹️☹️☹️☹️I think we might look for another facility that has handles
