Moldy rooms

Liked: The location.
Disliked: We travel a lot and stay in many hotels. This is the worst one we have ever stayed in. We had a group for a basketball tournament staying here. We have about 10 rooms reserved. Over half had mold in them. I didn't get to get a picture in all rooms but there are a few attached below. It made several of us all feel sick and the staff was not concerned at all. They just kept saying "it's not their fault." We tried calling the "corporate" office number that they provided and when called it was directed to the front desk! No refunds were made. We will not be staying here again.

Liked: We stayed here because it is 4 minutes from the hospital where my husband was having surgery and had to be there by 6:45am. The breakfast was good, the room quiet, and staff was friendly.
Disliked: The first room we were given has an a/c unit so loud we didn't stay more than a few minutes before requesting a different room. Staff accommodated quickly; the new one was much better. The a/c did leak water on the carpet, so we put a trash can below it. Other than that, the stay was great.

Liked: Comfortable bed and very cool AC.
Disliked: Bathroom needed attention- sink stopped up, toilet running intermittently all night and shower rod fell off when I closed the curtain.

Liked: Easy freeway access
Disliked: Mold in bathrooms in the ceiling and the shower pans not white due to visible dirt- we changed rooms after the first night and the 2nd bathroom had mold and then the toilet seal at the floor started leaking on the last morning and flooded the bathroom floor. Would have left hotel after 1st night but couldn’t find alt accommodations due to packed lodging due to chilliest and A&M family weekend. Staff was accommodating.

Liked: The location was perfect for me.
Disliked: When I arrived at the hotel there was nobody at the front desk. I rang the bell, and nothing. I waited for 10 minutes and called the hotel, to listen to the front desk ring until it went to answering machine. Finally a cleaning person came out of the elevator and went to the back to get the front desk person. In total I spent 20 minutes waiting, along with other people. When I got to my room, it was not clean. There was a pizza box with leftovers, towels in the bathroom floor. Just filthy. I had to go to the front desk again to get a different room. The price was ridiculous for the hotel, even if everything worked. I paid $230 for a hotel which facility quaility should demand more than $%150 or so, and the poorly kept public spaces, poor service, and filthy rooms. First time and last time staying at this hotel chaing, full stop.
