Disliked: Mold in bathrooms in the ceiling and the shower pans not white due to visible dirt- we changed rooms after the first night and the 2nd bathroom had mold and then the toilet seal at the floor started leaking on the last morning and flooded the bathroom floor. Would have left hotel after 1st night but couldn’t find alt accommodations due to packed lodging due to chilliest and A&M family weekend. Staff was accommodating.

Liked: The location was perfect for me.
Disliked: When I arrived at the hotel there was nobody at the front desk. I rang the bell, and nothing. I waited for 10 minutes and called the hotel, to listen to the front desk ring until it went to answering machine. Finally a cleaning person came out of the elevator and went to the back to get the front desk person. In total I spent 20 minutes waiting, along with other people. When I got to my room, it was not clean. There was a pizza box with leftovers, towels in the bathroom floor. Just filthy. I had to go to the front desk again to get a different room. The price was ridiculous for the hotel, even if everything worked. I paid $230 for a hotel which facility quaility should demand more than $%150 or so, and the poorly kept public spaces, poor service, and filthy rooms. First time and last time staying at this hotel chaing, full stop.

Liked: Overall for price it wasn’t a bad property
Disliked: Shower door wouldn’t stay closed. The floor in bathroom felt like you were going to fall through. The place could have been cleaner. Beds were fine but bathroom in cracks and walls etc could have been a little cleaner.

Liked: Quick check in, fast elevators, good waffles, comfortable bed and clean room.
Disliked: I didn’t really like the check in lobby area. It was clean and the check in person was very nice but just the ambiance was a little lacking. Could use some nicer furniture and decor, maybe some music or tv, just needs something a bit more inviting. But it wasn’t bad, just could be better lol

Overall it was good, but...

Liked: The bed was comfortable. The room itself was clean. The breakfast was ok, could be a little better. The location for what I needed was great.
Disliked: the bathroom could be cleaned up with a bit of good caulking and a little better cleaning. There was mold and mildew that could be easily fixed.
