Disliked: The pool was freezing yet it’s advertised as an indoor heated pool

Liked: The hotel smell really bad. It looks like the oil workers are staying in this hotel now. The hallways sticks and the rooms smell like oil. The bathroom had a lot of hairs in the floor. The coffee maker in the room was incomplete.The staff at front told us that they only clean the rooms twice a week. I don't recommend this hotel and I surely won't stay again

Liked: Rooms were nice. Good assortment for breakfast.
Disliked: Toilet didn't flush properly. We asked for a plunger and they didn't have one or any maintenance person available. No alternative room was offered. Desk clerk was never readily available. Some people stood for a long time and gave up. I called the phone number and they said to hold and never came back.
