No airconditioning in Houston of...

Liked: Great location. Clean breakfast room.
Disliked: Houston room had no airconditioning. It was 85 degrees in the room and very hard to sleep. The prearranged airport shuttle was 1hour and 15 min late. The manager of the hotel knew the airconditioning did not work and did not even try to put it on a list for repair.

Liked: We liked the breakfast, which despite being continental, had fruit, yogurt, waffles, etc. The room was also very comfortable. Location very close to the airport.
Disliked: About the free transfer. We arrived at terminal E and called the hotel to arrange a transfer. They told us to go to gate A115, in terminal A; but no one explained that we had to take a train to change terminals. It took us a while to get there and the transfer to the hotel had already left and didn't wait for us. We had to take a taxi and pay US$25, and the driver, who got lost, demanded that we exchange the money. The receptionist helped us with this. The ride to the airport was again smooth. We suggest you inform future guests.
