OKC is great but this...

Liked: Good location in terms of downtown
Disliked: Room locks were atrocious. Had to go from my room to front desk 4 times just to get into room. Finally assigned me another room. Second day lock malfunction in new room. Hot tub was broken down entire stay. My floor had customers leaving trash all night in hallway.

Liked: The breakfast and the location were both very nice.
Disliked: I was touring Oklahoma City one afternoon when a staff member called to tell me I needed to return to the hotel to stay in the room with my dogs, one of whom had apparently barked at the scent of a stranger, who evidently stood outside my locked room door.My dogs (for which I paid $20/each to stay with me) were left with plenty of food and water as has always been the case when they have traveled with me.I did return to the hotel to find that my dogs were quiet and well-behaved, as has been the case for years when I have traveled elsewhere with them.I am not pleased with the staff request that I should make a nearly 2,000 mile roundtrip from Denver; spend hundreds of dollars to stay at this hotel for four days; and then to stay in my room with my dogs, rather than touring Oklahoma City. I could have saved time and money by staying at my home in Denver rather than traveling to Oklahoma City and booking an expensive room at this hotel, where I was supposed to remain at all times in the hotel room with my dogs.

Good

Liked: Room updated. Comfortable bed. Shuttle to bricktown very convenient. If budget and clean room are both priority then this is good choice which is what we wanted for one night stay.
Disliked: Hallway run down and there is nothing pretty right at this location but it is very quick to shuttle or drive to good places. This is a no frills choiceb and had reasonable trade offs for the price.

Poor

Liked: The pool and hot tub was clean and at temperature. The hotel and rooms were clean
Disliked: called to have someone look at the air conditioner because it wasn't working and it was humid in the room, the front desk said they would send someone in and they never came. I did finally figure it out. But it wasn't my job, also they charged me a pet fee for my service animal even though they allow pets and there is no place to walk my animal on the grounds.

Liked: Location and it was clean
Disliked: Furniture in our bedroom (missing an accent chair that was available in other rooms)

Horrible experience. Move on!

Liked: Honestly not much.
Disliked: The bathroom was terrible. Not two inches of space to put anything on the sink, no stopper in the sink and I needed to call door dash to deliver toilet paper to me because the holder was so far away from the toilet. The hallway was filthy and the bed was not at all comfortable. I’ll look for the lights on at Motel 6 before I stay here again.

Liked: Never had any slept throughout the breakfast
Disliked: Nothing I really enjoyed the stay
