Sleep Inn & Suites Bricktown - near Medical Center

Liked: The breakfast was fair enough and as you would expect.
Disliked: Lack of furniture in the room

Great place and would stay...

Liked: Location was perfect. Close to downtown.
Disliked: It had a cigarette smell in hallways but the rooms were super clean.

Won’t stay here again.

Liked: Close to OU Med and Bricktown. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: They need a sign telling guests that the hotel is a Sleep Inn where people can actually see it. Although the room was clean, it needed updating. Furniture was chipped and scarred. I am not physically challenged, but was given a “handicapped” room even though there were very few guests at the hotel AND I had a reservation. My credit card was charged twice, the staff was poorly trained and not very welcoming and although there were coffee and tea carafes in the lobby when I arrived, I was told I couldn’t get any hot water for tea. I have stayed in Sleep Inns before and I have always been pleased. I won’t return to this one.

Liked: The breakfast was perfect. There were multiple options between cereal, pastries, yogurt, eggs, biscuits & gravy, sausage/bacon, potatoes, waffles, coffee, juice, and more. The rooms were so comfortable... we selected Sleep Inn because they have the most comfortable beds, excellent AC's, and incredible water pressure in the showers. We also enjoyed the shuttle getting in and around town!
Disliked: It might have been an off-day, but when we got there, our room wasn't quite ready, and the bathroom was missed... BUT they made it right very quickly. Also, probably related to timing, but the hot tub was closed the entire time we were there for maintenance. It would have been nice to dip in the hot tub... especially after a long day of walking in the cold.
