Sleep Inn & Suites Bay View Acme - Traverse City

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and bed comfy. The breakfast was good and well stocked. We brought our Cairn Terrier for a first time motel stay and it worked out great.

Liked: Our room was decent sized, beds were comfortable, and breakfast was amazing it had everything from eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, waffles, toast, bagels, yogurt, fruit, oatmeal and the list goes on. The pool was warmer than most hotels, hot tub wasnhuge. I loved the fact that it was open 24/7 to adults. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My mother was in the hospital and actually died while we were there. The fact that the staff was so friendly helped ease the pain we went through of losing our mother. Thank you for that.
Disliked: It was actually perfect.

Liked: Employees were all very friendly, the breakfast was well stocked and the breakfast staff was great both mornings as well.
Disliked: Only complaint:Our room appeared to be above an outdoor break area where people were smoking, unfortunately we knew every time they were out there smoking because the smoke smell would come into our room
