Value for money!

Liked: Budget friendly if you want to explore multiple cities. Location is good and near to highway.
Disliked: Staff are very helpful and go extra mile to make you comfortable.

I would not bring the...

Liked: The person who checked us in was pleasant enough.
Disliked: The place was fine, for Bakersfield. It was definitely dated. The coffee machine didn't have enough sugars/creamers. The creamer was super old too. The website said that we were supposed to get a suite with a pull-out sofa, but there was just a chair. It also said there was a pool. The pool has apparently been closed for years. These are the reasons that I booked this hotel. When I asked the front-desk, there was a different person who didn't speak much English, so I just gave up. Overall, big disappointment. Booking.com should just remove this site until they can meet some basic service and accountability standards.

Beware of shady business practices!

Liked: NOTHING! Place was difficult to find (a different name was on the sign), run down with homeless in the parking lot. Customer in front of me was told their shower didn't work so they got a small discount. Desk personnel barely spoke English, was rude and dismissive, and refused to help me after THEY cancelled the room.
Disliked: THIS PLACE IS SHADY. BEWARE WHEN BOOKING. MY ROOM WAS CANCELLED BY THE PROPERTY AND THEY CHARGED ME ANYWAY. I WAS TOLD 10 DAYS TO GET A REFUND AND STILL NOTHING. Customer service reads a script and tells you it's "still in review" after 16 days. They repeatedly disconnected my phone calls insisted the "management team" was unavailable to assist.

Great place

Liked: The hotel was very clean and quiet. The location was good.
Disliked: I would’ve liked the breakfast area a little bit more bigger. Overall we had a great time with my family and we would stay there again!
