Rather disappointing!

Liked: Convenient location to Auburn University and restaurants. Staff tried to help with the problem we ran into.
Disliked: Shower did not work in our room. When we called the front desk, they said a technician would come. This was around 9:30pm. After several calls the technician came and said it was fixed. After he left we tried to run the water and it did not work. We requested a room change but were told that there was nothing available and that the shower could be fixed. After technician failed to fix it, they moved us to a different room that suddenly became available. After a long day and having to prepare for an early morning, this was a big inconvenience. The hotel is also undergoing renovation, painting on two floors. We will look at other options for future visits.

Disliked: The hotel is under renovation. When I walked in to my room, the ac was not turned on. It was hot.

Good Value new renovation to...

Liked: Lots of renovations going on. It looks like a mess outside the room in the hallways. However, the room was very clean and updated. Breakfast was also really good. Very close to Auburn and many stores and restaurants. Also one exit from Buc-ee’s
Disliked: Renovations are all over the place. (But room was very new and clean) Very loud people going in and out of their rooms all night with banging doors.
