Sleep Inn & Suites And Conference Center Downtown

For the price, if you are looking for something really clean, this is your place. Yes the walls are a little thin but you can't beat it for the price. Also close enough to downtown so cab fare was only $5 a person or less. We didn't make it for breakfast but the hotel staff we talked to were extremely pleasant and helpful. Although we didn't need them, having a small fridge and a microwave in the room could come in handy, especially with kids or if you were staying more than one night. No restaurant at the actual hotel but if you were hungry there is one close by that delivers to the hotel with very reasonable prices.

Liked: Clean, comfortable, and incredible value, the staff were all great, and the location was really decent.
Disliked: The room smelled of old smoke that was sunk into the carpet or walls despite it being a smoke free room. We kept the window open and the air on high to drown it out.

Liked: It was conveniently close to the Indianapolis motor speedway
Disliked: The price could have been more reasonable. But it was race weekend so they are always going to raise the rates

Liked: Room was very comfortable and hallways quiet
Disliked: The halls smells like cats live in the rooms. There was vomit in the elevator with a caution sign instead of being cleaned immediately. Carpet was old and badly in need of cleaning

Superb

Liked: Everything about the facilities and staff was excellent. It was very close to Indy racetrack which was my intended destination so that was convenient. The breakfast was normal fare and good and coffee was excellent. Staff was very friendly.
Disliked: The parking lot had exterior cameras but was not well lit and I was a lil concerned about the security of my highly loaded car and rooftop cargo carrier as the street the hotel is on is more metropolitan than expected. But no problems
