Charges more than advertised and...

Liked: Pool was heated and the shower was big.
Disliked: at 845 AM, they were out of waffle mix and there was no eggs...just sausage for hot items. Also, I paid $91 through Booking.com. He charged me $1 for insurance in case I got hurt. I have been staying at hotels 4-10 times a year for the past 30 years and this is the first time (This is my 3rd stay in 2024 at this hotel too, so that is even weirder) they charged me more than booking.com. THEN, he added another $25 FEE on top of the booking charge. I stayed by myself. I had no guest. I used two towels and barely used the garbage can. The easiest room to clean. I will NOT be staying at this place again.

Liked: Breakfast was excellent. Clean rooms, everything worked!!
Disliked: Everything was fine

Costly stay

Liked: I like the location in relation to Grand Valley State.
Disliked: Our reservation was incorrect and we were quoted one price and then arrived and it was doubled. I also got food poisoning from the breakfast.
