Liked: The breakfast was decent.
Disliked: Old and dirty room. The room had a foul odor and it triggered allergies for some of my family members. The shampoo bottle appeared to be used as it was almost half empty with signs of use. We refused to take a shower due to its uncleanliness.

Liked: The facility was nice and meet the needs. We appreciated access to coffee in the morning. The rest of the offerings were ok but nothing to write home about.

Liked: Staff moved us to a different room {due to mattress being in such bad shape. {If that request had not been met, we would have checked out.} Breakfast food was pretty good. Food was hot, good variety for entire family.
Disliked: The building! Door to our room was breaking off{?} It did not align with the frame; bottom had a gap: you'd get light, noise.The bed was VERY uncomfortable, walls dirty, scuffed, and I haven't ever heard of you being required to REQUESTING room service?The shower door didn't have a towel rack--instead two holes in the glass door where the towel rack had been.The walls were so scuffed up, holes in carpet and lamp stand was broken, it fell off to one side if you touched it.

Liked: The staff were amazing. There were staples sticking through the floor and they came right up to the room to fix it. They are in the middle of a beautiful renovation. I can't wait to see it when finished
