We drove 5 hours to come to the Bijou Theater in downtown Knoxville and had reservations at the Sleep Inn North. The staff was very helpful in making the stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. It was much appreciated.

Pleasant

Liked: The young man at the desk was a God send. We got lost when we arrived in the dark in Knoxville. When we called he gave us step by step directions on how to get to the hotel. He also gave very excellent directions to our concert venue for the next night.
Disliked: The room itself was very tired and needs some work. An excellent addition to the room would be way better curtains to block out all the bright night lights from outside at night to darken the room for sleeping.
