Stay was excellent and staff...

Liked: Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Television remote did not function properly and soda machine needed to be restocked.

Comfortable but stressful

Liked: Clean and accommodating, I traveled with pets and they were very nice about the pets.
Disliked: We used a debit card at check-in and got double charged and the extra charge didn’t fall off until after our stay. The staff was sympathetic but “couldn’t reverse the charge” as their system was not showing the duplicate charge. In the future I would recommend them advising patrons to use a credit card instead.

Won’t be back

Liked: The rooms were nice size. The swimming pool was enjoyable. The breakfast was nice.
Disliked: It was dirty in the hallways and elevator. The outside was unkempt. A cigarette depository was broken and the buds were strewn across the area beside the entrance. The front desk person spoke so quietly (even on the phone) that you could hardly hear what she was saying. No hot water the second morning so checked out

Liked: I was double charged i paid on the 19th online and then again on arrival. I was told it was a hold and it would drop off but it did not drop off.
Disliked: I want a refund for my double charge.
