Sleep Inn near Penn State

We stayed at this hotel because of it's proximity to Bryce Jordan Center. It was 1.5 miles away and easy to find. The room was clean but there was left-over food in the fridge from a former guest and the hair dryer didn't work. Also, this is the first hotel that I have stayed in that didn't have a bath tub - just a shower stall. I didn't mind but my hubby loves to soak in the tub so he was disappointed. If Bon Jovi ever goes back to Bryce Jordan Center, I will stay at Sleep Inn again.

Liked: Shower surprisingly roomy.
Disliked: Odd that the bathroom had a sliding door. Water from the faucet tasted bad, but they did provide 1 bottle per person at arrival.

Liked: Good location, good parking.
Disliked: Sub-standard rooms - smallish, small bathroom opens into bedroom, no door lock), loud a/c stuck on high fan, with odors from air filter, mediocre breakfast.

Very lovely clean and modern...

Liked: The room was large and modern. The whole hotel looked super clean. Breakfast was great as compared to similar hotels. Fantastic location with College Heights a few blocks away and Penn State just down the road. Nice selection of places to eat extremely close by.
