We stayed at this hotel because of it's proximity to Bryce Jordan Center. It was 1.5 miles away and easy to find. The room was clean but there was left-over food in the fridge from a former guest and the hair dryer didn't work. Also, this is the first hotel that I have stayed in that didn't have a bath tub - just a shower stall. I didn't mind but my hubby loves to soak in the tub so he was disappointed. If Bon Jovi ever goes back to Bryce Jordan Center, I will stay at Sleep Inn again.

Liked: Friendly front desk staff.
Disliked: There was food left in the fridge from former guests and the hair dryer didn't work.

Definitely recommend the Sleep Inn...

Liked: Excellent breakfast which we throughly enjoyed. Numerous items to select from benefiting everyones pallet. If an item was out, the staff promptly brought you the item needed and refilled the space for other patrons.
Disliked: Overall, there were no issues with our stay. Great customer service from check in to check out. Staff was thoroughly versed on places and best times to visit.

I felt the rate was...

Liked: I recently stayed at the Sleep Inn and had a generally positive experience. The room was cozy and very clean, which is always my top priority. The bed was comfortable, and the staff was pleasant and welcoming. I felt the rate was well worth it and would definitely stay again.
Disliked: That said, the refrigerator in the room was extremely loud, I had to unplug it during the night because it kept waking me up. The air conditioner was also quite noisy and disruptive. I would also suggest adding Smart TV capability so guests can log into their own streaming accounts, as the TV guide wasn’t working and channel surfing became a bit frustrating. Overall, though, a clean, comfortable stay!
