Liked: Nothing..nothing at all the lady at the front was horrible helped with nothing and probably lied about the policy or something.
Disliked: When I came to check in with them they denied us due to us being locals but it was never said that they didn’t allow locals. I had to pay for another hotel room at a different hotel. The lady didn’t apologize either.

See above, a horrible experience

Disliked: Do not use booking.com, booked a rm with a sofa bed. No sofa bed just one bed in the rm for a family of 3. They said they couldn’t do anything because it was done through booking.com and booking com was no help. Dad had to go to target to buy an air mattress. The staff sucked and booking.com sucks!

Disliked: This place is terrible!! Do not stay at this Sleep Inn. The ladies behind the front desk were zombies. Ask them a question and you barely get an answer....and when you did it felt like they were doing you a favor! I asked 3 times for a light bulb as the nightstand beside my bed was missing a bulb. Nothing done in 2 days! The carpet right outside my door was torn off to the side and when I mentioned it to the front desk she basically shrugged her shoulders.

Can you do better

Liked: I like the location because there are stores and shopping centers close by.
Disliked: I didn't like customer service. Ask for an iron. There's no iron. The pool time was very limited for the season. Never checked to see if stay was going well or if we needed anything. So sad.

Liked: The cleaning persons singing was quite pleasant.

Disliked: The whole stay! First we got there and the rooms that I booked for 9 people I was told at the front desk were not available or no longer offered at that hotel so that left two people in my group no where to sleep so I had to go to the local Walmart and buy below up beds for my guest to sleep on! And I was told that because I booked through a 3rd party they couldn't accommodate me and my family! I don't care who I booked through i still checked in to your hotel! Take care of your guests!Then we asked for an iron and we were told there wasn't any on the property so I had to go to our church group meeting wrinkle! So once again I had to go to the local Walmart store and buy one! I have been to better motels than this hotel I will never book Another Sleep Inn again it's the worst booking since I started traveling in 2017! I paid out more money for normal accommodations that should have been already in my room according to the pictures that are on the hotel website! There was not a table in our room so once again I asked if we could use the small dinning room to feed a group of 9 people we were told no then the manager said we could use it for 30 minutes! Don't book the sleep inn hotel across from the Tanger Myrtle Beach!
