Would not recommend

Liked: The location
Disliked: The room was more expensive if booked in person. There was dead roaches in the room. There was left over dirty clothes in the room. The AC was not cold. We had to wait 15 minutes for warm water. The beds were pretty hard and uncomfortable.

LIKE GOING BACK HOME!!!

Liked: WE HAVE RELATIVES IN MONTERREY. WE KNOW THE CITY.
Disliked: Monterrey IS A BEAUTIFUL CITY.

Liked: Half of our time there were ok.
Disliked: So on my arrival to the place. After checking in. The room didn't have a single towel. So I went to the reception desk to get some. So my wife and I had to step out for some time. Some friends were waiting for us. At our return to the room. We wanted to take a shower and used the facilities, to our surprise there was no water at all. That wasn't good. Went to the reception again. Guy there told me that the entire place didn't have water. And it will take about 50 minutes to get it fix.. we didn't have water until about 5 or 6 am the next morning. At this point I wanted to cancel my staying in this hotel. But we give them another try. The next 3 days were good. Four day they forgot to give towels again. So here i went to the lobby again to get some towels. The rest of my staying was ok. Besides the point that bunch of man are wondering almost the whole day and at night seemed like some get drunk by the pool. Singing loud and just making noise.

Family Ties

Liked: This location is in the center of all our relatives who live in Monterrey Mexico. And we got together with many when we had a barbecue on Saturday.
Disliked: All was good. We had a great visit with my mother in law and our brothers and sisters.

it was ok.

Liked: location was off of a main road, but still managed to be quiet. clean rooms.
Disliked: There was no drinking water available to guests, either in a bottle or communal water fountain.
