Nice hotel, conveniently located to...

Liked: The location was perfect for what my son and I were in town for. It was close by restaurants and the activities that we had planned for the weekend. The breakfast was nice and had plenty of suitable options. We particularly enjoyed that there was tea available in the evening. The staff was very kind particularly the woman that checked us in, and the nice gentleman that took my noise complaint from the room next door to us and asked them to quiet down. It made a huge difference, and we were very grateful.
Disliked: The only complaint I have is about other guests, so nothing negative about the hotel itself. We had some extremely rowdy guys next door to our room Saturday night blasting music, talking extremely loudly, and crashing around the room. Naturally, this kept my son and I awake because they were partying until at least 2:00AM. I inevitably had to go to the front desk to complain about them, and the nice gentleman that was working that night kindly took care of it. Even all the kids that were there the night before for a baseball tournament were quieter than these drunk guys.
