Good place to stay at...

Liked: Good location and good breakfast
Disliked: I wish they had real butter with breakfast

The hotel is great location...

Liked: The breakfast was very good. Good choices to eat.
Disliked: I wanted farm butter like some of the other hotels they had real butter.

Exceptional

Comfortable affordable and easy

Liked: It was clean and comfortable I like the room the area was pretty calm lots of fast food places close by. Over it was a comfortable stay at SureStay
Disliked: The restroom trash bin has some women’s hair in it before I used it so that was a little odd but the rest of the room was clean so that was the only issue.

Convenient location

Liked: In the heat of Phoenix, AC kept the room cool! Breakfast on-site is convenient. Rooms were clean, and large shopping mall within walking distance.

Exceptional

Great stay.

Liked: I was happily surprised because the price was very reasonable, so I figured it would be mediocre. Nice and clean, friendly and helpful staff, nice cold AC, really good basic breakfast, and comfy beds.
Disliked: Only complaint was on Saturday night I was woken up several times by kids (I think) running up and down the halls and occasionally even banging on our door.

Liked: Super clean. Great continental breakfast.
