Liked: Amazing staff. Observed going above board to help people. Exceptionally clean. Nicely set up room with "kitchenette." Breakfast had sausage, egg, waffles, variety of cold foods.
Disliked: People upstairs from us were stomping around until 2:30 in the morning. Really a design flaw; more insulation between floors would have helped. If you like quiet, ask for top floor.Would be nice to have USB charging. It was only on the TV and only worked while on, timing off every 15 minutes. We'll remember to bring wall adapter.

Disliked: I did my checkout. Got home and realized I forgot my chargers there. I called and they said that they did not have them, that they were not in the room, and I'm 100 percent sure that I left them in the room. So be careful, make sure you don't leave nothing in your room because it will disappear.
