Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful. Housekeeping does a great job. Location is convenient and safe. Price is reasonable.

A very nice place to...

Liked: We stayed two nights with our granddaughter. Room with two queen beds. The room was large, clean, the beds were comfortable, Bathroom was large with tub and shower. We used the pool and hot tub both days. They appear to be clean and well maintained. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of hot selections. Breakfast room was large. Plenty of parking spaces. Staff was courteous and helpful. Good value for the money.
Disliked: No place to eat within walking distance, but only a short drive into town.

Great stay!

Liked: Right when you walk in, it is clean and smells so good. The rooms were clean and the decor was calming.
Disliked: There isn’t really anything we didn’t like but the door to the pool was broken and we did have to wait some amount of time for staff to open the door. With that being said, they went above and beyond to make sure we were able to use the pool.

Liked: This was an amazing stay. Seemed like the hotel was either new or newly renovated. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and smelled fresh. The hotel was almost full, but I had no noise issues. We will definitely stay here again when in the Lufkin area!
Disliked: The TV would not work. You could turn it on or off and change the volume, but couldn't change the channel, and the picture would freeze up.
