Sleep Inn Joplin

Staff was great. Appearance of hotel and rooms that we were in seemed clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again. Rate it a 4, really. We came to the entertainment at Downstream.

A little tired and dated,...

Liked: Had to call for directions and the receptionist was very nice and helpful. While needing updated, the room was clean and the shower was nice. The cost was exceptional.
Disliked: Very outdated and worn.

Disliked: Stayed for two nights and room was not cleaned the second day. There was three of us and only two bath towels for the first night and staff did not replenish for the second day

Liked: Convenient to the highway and the Downstream Casino.
Disliked: Our room smelled stuffy. Since we were traveling with a dog, I think we were placed in a “dog” room. If there is to be such a room, get ride of the carpet and put down vinyl planking. Not sure what the extra $20 fee for a dog was used for.
