Horrible because of the situation

Disliked: I arrived at the location to my reservations not showing in the system I had to contact the booking customer service as well as the Gm of the property the rooms I reserved was no longer available so I had to settle for what was left and had a couple of people sleeping on the floor this weekend highly disappointed
