Disliked: It had a smell like old carpet or maybe old mop idk but it smelled bad. The carpet had blood stains by the sink!

We have stayed at Sleep...

Liked: Smelt of drugs on entering Reception.The Safe didn’t work in the room, spoke to Receptionist and was told that none of the safes worked in any of the rooms. The top cover on the bed had a stain, so didn’t appear to be clean. Big hair in the bed and the bottom sheet was thread bare, had a hole, so bed linen was old.The “included Breakfast” in the hotel details had a hot Breakfast included, but the Breakfast was very sparse, just a few yoghurts, Satsumas, cereal bars, two types of Cereals, waffle maker and tea and coffee to make. No toast available .Could only have a satsuma and Yoghurt as Gluten Free. Juice machine had an out of order notice on it and the snack vending machine also had an out of order notice stuck to it.

Disliked: Price, $240, roach on wall and in the bed, no hot water in our first room, tv turned off and on every 15 seconds by itself.

Disliked: Old hotel, very dingy, a noisy crowd of drunk people were partying in the parking lot at 2 in the morning. When we complained -twice- with the reception we were told that they were guests and she refused to call the police…all room surfaces felt sticky or oily, we cleaned the remote control extensively before we could handle it. All common areas are plastered with notices about security, very ominous… tons of notices also about not hoarding breakfast into your room, breakfast very limited, staff will bring out frozen croissant sandwiches, only a couple at the time on request, to prevent, we guess, people from hoarding quantities… as we checked in we noticed that an. ‘Artwork’ - framed pictures really - was. Missing from the wall in our room and we notified receptionPatronize this business with low expectations, just for the convenient location…
