The worst hotel i ever...

Disliked: Staff not will to help or do anything extra. Carpet dirty. Don’t ask for anything I ask for coffee and was told only breakfast staff make coffee. I will never stay at this property again.

Liked: The fridge didn’t work and the microwave spin feature wouldn’t work. The bed was comfortable. The staff is great. The breakfast is so so. The pool was recently renovated and was great.

Liked: The breakfast was good. The sausage egg sandwiches were really good as well as the yogurt. It was enough to hold you over until lunch. Everything was stocked and we were able to get what we needed.
Disliked: We had planned to fly to Concord, NC from Fort Wayne, IN to attend a funeral. When our flight was canceled, we had to drive to NC in the middle of the night We called the hotel and let them know that we would not be staying the night on 4/6/25 due to having to drive a 10-hour drive and wanted to make sure our reservation was still in place. Unfortunately, we were charged for a night that we did not use the room.
