Liked: Convenient to all parts of Charleston. Rooms were quiet, clean and comfortable. Free parking.

On a tear to Florida....

Liked: All good, Just a stopover, but done well. Nice room, close parking, great desk staff, nice breakfast. Can't ask for more. Thanks.

Liked: It was spacious.
Disliked: There was mold in the shower. There was mold on the sheets. The room smelled damp.

Was a dry bed for...

Liked: Breakfast was adequate -- eggs, sorta-sausage, diy waffles, kinda usual, nothing exceptional, but enough. Desk clerk reassigned our room without question (see issue below)
Disliked: Our first room reeked of smelly dog. couldn't stand it. Got reassigned a room 2 floors away but still smelled like dog, just not as bad. Couldn't get the A/C cool enough. Could hear someone snoring through the walls over the A/C. The lobby entrance is ridiculous -- small double doors, completely manual, so you have to bang your way through them with luggage. The hotel owns ONE luggage cart, which may or may not be available, but again you can barely get it through the manual doors.ALL parking is on the other end of from the lobby -- you walk the length of the entire hotel from the lot to the lobby.
