Reunion Trip

Liked: The location was great although the traffic getting in and out is challenging! Everything was very clean and the staff was great.
Disliked: All the "king" rooms only have a shower - no tub. Only two-bed rooms have tubs. And the included breakfast - which normally adds considerable value to a stay, consisted only of coffee, waffles, and other breads. No eggs or meats. So extra $ was required to go out for breakfast.

Can only judge front staffing...

Disliked: It would have been great if we actually stayed there. Tried multiple times to confirm on booking.com but it would not go through and continue to say press here to confirm. Continue to give the same box three times. Did not get a confirmation and when checked on the website it said no rooms available therefore we did not travel 6 hours to have no place to stay without a confirmation. Woke up the next morning with the charge on my account. Spoke to the front desk staff as well as left a message with the manager twice and have sent multiple emails to booking.com as they will not speak to you on the phone unless you have a confirmation number which is the reason we didn't go because we didn't get a confirmation number. I was assured by the front office staff that I would receive a return call and still have not. Continue to try booking.com where you cannot speak to a real person and will not allow someone to pick up unless you have a confirmation number again which we don't and it says to send a text in the email which we do with no return reply! No return phone call from sleep inn despite several calls and left messages.

Good for one night &...

Liked: Breakfast was better than expected--real waffles, plenty coffee, microwave sausage biscuits. Serving room was crowded, we had to sit in the lobby. Of course it was peak time on a Sunday morning. Convenient to downtown & university, short drive to numerous restaurants.
Disliked: Room was comfortable but heat/AC was noisy & couldn't be completely shut off, so left heat on low & slept as best we could. No place to hang towels for shower except back of bathroom door. Parking was very tight, for some reason the spaces were very narrow--we drove a Forester & still had not much room on either side. Also, a construction site was in progress next door which we had a nice view of from our window. (That should be only a temporary problem).

Fine stay for a couple...

Liked: The staff was very polite and helpful, everything was clean.
Disliked: The walls seem thin as we could hear our neighbor watching TV and understand it clearly; you could feel the vibrations of people walking in the hallway; the breakfast is convenient and fine in that it has a lot of variety, but the products or of regular quality.

Liked: Room was clean and tidy with comfortable bed
Disliked: Personal note from Ally welcoming us was amazing. Thank you all for a great stay we will absolutely be back.
