Disliked: The towels were very thin and rough.

Liked: It was a good value for being close to Mayo Clinic.
Disliked: The chair at the desk was very uncomfortable and was not adjustable. The lighting in the room was dim. The pillows were terrible! They were filled with clumps and balls of weird material.

Liked: It's the cheapest option in the area.
Disliked: There's a reason this place is cheap. Overall, this property seems dingy and run-down. The carpet is stained and dirty. It's very basic. There were no pleasant surprises during my stay. I'll stay somewhere else next time I'm in the area.
