Hotel from hell!!!

Liked: The staff was friendly and apologetic.
Disliked: My room smelled of animal urine, there was no headboard, cigarette burns on the sheets and pillows, stained toilet seat, air conditioning wasn’t working at all, towels hung up had pubic hairs in the towel, and the fridge smelled sour. It was all BAD!

Liked: nothing. the hallways and room smelled terrible. I didnt sleep there both nights because the room smelled like pee. The pee smell came from the bed, it was still moist like someone had peed on it recently. there was also poop stain on the sheets.
Disliked: it was terrible and the hotel couldnt refund me.

Will not ever stay there...

Liked: Breakfast and the fridge got really cold.
Disliked: The bathroom door was broken, it smelled weird, the toilet clogged and got all over the carpet. When I told the guy at the desk he handed me a plunger and towels. They never came to get the dirty towels and I stayed for 2 nights. The water wasn’t hot. Water pressure sucked

Disliked: I am sorry but the room was nasty!!! Floor was dirty and it had a smell. Honestly I wanted to ask for my money back. We did not stay I got up at 3 am and left

Exceptional

Family had an awesome time

Liked: Close to sixflags, restaurants, had a pool, free breakfast and bed was comfortable
Disliked: Breakfast could have been better but ok

Disliked: Older needed maintenance Needs better breakfast

Disliked: The first room I got smelled of wet carpet, the carpet was wet, the sheets were stained. The replacement room, was ok, the bathroom door didn't close. The neighbors dogs were barking excessively.
